Affiliate Program Terms

Rules of the FelbaStore affiliate program. Read carefully — applying for or accepting commissions binds you.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18+, complete KYC, hold a verified payout method, and comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection and data-protection laws in the markets you target.

2. Commissions and attribution

Commission rates are published in your affiliate dashboard and may differ by category, campaign or merchant. Attribution is last-click within a 30-day cookie window unless a campaign states otherwise. Cross-device attribution is offered on a best-efforts basis.

3. Payouts and tax

Approved commissions are credited to your affiliate wallet after the return window of the underlying order has elapsed. Payouts are available once your wallet exceeds KES 1000. We may withhold tax under Kenyan tax law and provide you with a statement of withholdings.

4. Claw-back

Commissions are reversed on refunds, fraudulent or self-purchases, and any breach of these Terms. Reversals may be applied within 60 days of crediting and will reduce your wallet balance accordingly. We may set off claw-back amounts against future commissions.

5. Prohibited practices

  • Bidding on FelbaStore-owned trademarks or close variants in paid search.
  • Misleading, false or unsubstantiated claims about products, prices or guarantees.
  • Cookie stuffing, click fraud, traffic laundering, malware, adware, typosquatting or domain spoofing.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging (SMS or email) and any breach of CAN-SPAM-style or KE-equivalent rules.
  • Self-purchases, family/friend ring purchases, or coupon-stacking abuse.
  • Promotion in jurisdictions where the campaign is not authorised.

6. Mandatory disclosure

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotional placement (e.g. “#ad”, “Paid partnership” or equivalent) in line with relevant advertising-standards guidance.

7. IP and brand use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our approved logos and creatives strictly for the program. You will not modify them, register confusingly similar marks or imply employment or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

8. Suspension and termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for any breach, claw back unpaid commissions, and report unlawful activity to authorities.
