FelbaStore Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your FelbaStore account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a request, what information is deleted, and what records may be retained when required by law or for security reasons.

How to request account deletion

If you can access your account, sign in and go to your account or profile settings, then choose Delete account and confirm the request.

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to your FelbaStore account:

support@felbastore.co.ke

Use the subject Account deletion request and include the email address, phone number, username, or Google account used to create your account. We may ask for verification before deleting data to protect your account from unauthorized requests.

What is deleted

  • Profile information such as name, email, phone, and avatar.
  • Login credentials and authentication records.
  • Saved addresses and checkout preferences.
  • Wishlist, saved items, notification preferences, and device tokens.
  • OAuth identifiers and tokens linked to Google Sign-In.

Data we may retain

Some records may be retained after account deletion where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, payment processing, or audit purposes.

  • Order history, invoices, delivery records, and transaction logs.
  • Records needed to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or safety issues.
  • Vendor, payout, tax, or compliance records where applicable.

These records are retained only for as long as necessary or legally required. Some financial, tax, and audit records may be retained for up to 7 years, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You may request deletion or correction of some personal data, such as saved addresses, profile details, product listings, or preferences, without deleting your FelbaStore account. Contact support@felbastore.co.ke with the details of what you want removed or updated.

Processing time

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve an active order, dispute, security issue, or legal obligation.
