LEGAL_* environment variables before publishing.1. Notice-and-takedown
Rights-holders may submit a complaint via our IP complaint form. Notices must include identification of the work, the allegedly infringing listing(s), proof of rights, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury (or Kenyan equivalent), and a signature. We action complete notices promptly and notify the seller.
2. Counter-notice
A seller whose listing has been removed may submit a counter-notice within 10 business days, asserting good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification. If we receive a valid counter-notice and no court order in 10–14 business days, we may restore the listing.
3. Repeat-infringer policy
Accounts that accumulate 3 valid infringement strikes within 12 months are terminated and barred from re-registration.
4. Anti-counterfeit cooperation
We participate in brand-protection programmes, share enforcement data with verified rights-holders under appropriate confidentiality, and cooperate with the Anti-Counterfeit Authority (Kenya) and equivalent bodies abroad.
5. Misuse
Knowingly false notices and counter-notices may incur liability under applicable law and result in termination from our reporting channel.
