Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do on FelbaStore. Applies to all users — buyers, vendors, affiliates and visitors.

LEGAL_* environment variables before publishing.1. Prohibited content
- Counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unsafe goods.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing.
- Sexual content involving minors (zero-tolerance — reported to authorities).
- Unlawful weapons, controlled substances, hazardous materials.
- Misinformation that endangers health, safety or democratic processes.
- Content that infringes IP or breaches confidentiality.
2. Prohibited behaviour
- Fraud, phishing, scams or money laundering.
- Manipulation of reviews, ratings, search ranking or referrals.
- Account sharing, mass account creation, or impersonation.
- Scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or denial-of-service.
- Bypassing payment, fees, KYC or geographic restrictions.
3. Reporting
Report abuse to abuse@felbastore.co.ke. IP infringement: see DMCA / IP Policy. Privacy concerns: privacy@felbastore.co.ke.
4. Coordinated security disclosure
Security researchers acting in good faith should email security@felbastore.co.ke before publishing. We will not pursue legal action against research that respects the disclosure programme rules (no data exfiltration beyond proof-of-concept, no service disruption, reasonable disclosure timeline).
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold funds for risk holds, and report serious breaches to law enforcement.
6. Transparency
We publish an annual transparency report covering takedowns, government data requests and account actions, subject to legal constraints.
